What Our Pest Control Visits Cover
Last updated: October 2026
Wisconsin Pest Pros provides the pest-control work described in your estimate, service agreement, or other written approval. Depending on the agreed scope, work may include inspection, treatment of identified pest activity, and recommendations for reducing conditions that attract pests. Services do not include repairs, construction, cleanup, or treatment of areas not listed in the agreement unless we approve them separately in writing.
Pesticides are used in accordance with their labels and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 94, and Wisconsin Administrative Code ATCP 29. Applicators must hold applicable Wisconsin commercial certification.
We follow label and local requirements for pesticide disposal. Work also respects protections under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and Wisconsin DNR rules for bats and maternity colonies.
Depending on the job, relevant authorities may include the U.S. EPA, Wisconsin DATCP, Wisconsin DNR, OSHA, and USDA APHIS. Separate written approval is required for added work or excluded wildlife services.
Booking, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method confirmed by Wisconsin Pest Pros. We will provide the scheduled date or arrival window and any preparation instructions that apply to the approved service. Please make sure we can access the agreed areas and tell us about relevant entry restrictions, pets, or site conditions before the visit.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Any cancellation deadline or fee will be stated in your service agreement or disclosed when the appointment is booked; no unstated fee is created by this section.
Weather, safety concerns, access problems, or operational needs may require rescheduling, and we will contact you to arrange another time. If inspection reveals that the requested work differs from the approved scope, we will explain the change and obtain your approval before performing additional work. A change to the appointment does not itself authorize a change in treatment.
Estimates, Approved Work, and Payment
An estimate describes the work and price proposed from the information available at the time. It may be revised if an inspection, access to the site, or other material condition changes what is needed.
An estimate is not approval for work beyond the items it describes. Wisconsin Pest Pros will seek your approval before proceeding with a changed scope or added charge, and you may ask questions before authorizing the work.
Payment timing and accepted methods will be provided in the estimate, service agreement, or invoice. Unless those documents state otherwise, payment is due as shown on the invoice.
You are responsible for charges for work you approved, including approved additions. If you dispute an invoice, contact us promptly with the amount and reason so we can review it.
Do not assume that a dispute cancels payment for undisputed work. No specific price, credit, or financing offer is promised by these terms; the written quote and agreement for your job control.
What to Expect About Service Guarantees
Wisconsin Pest Pros does not make a blanket promise that every pest will be eliminated permanently or that pests will never return. Any service warranty, retreatment commitment, or other guarantee applies only if it is expressly stated in writing in the estimate or service agreement for your job. That document will describe the covered work, duration, conditions, and steps for requesting service; those terms control over any general description here.
Coverage may depend on your following preparation and follow-up instructions, providing access to the affected areas, and maintaining conditions needed for the agreed treatment. A written warranty may exclude new pest activity, untreated areas, structural defects, or conditions outside the approved scope, but only as its stated terms provide.
Do not rely on an assumed duration or verbal description as a substitute for the written terms. Contact us if you believe a covered issue has returned, and we will review the applicable agreement and explain the available next steps.
Daniel Miller
Service Expert at Wisconsin Pest Pros
I started in pest control working on homes around Waukesha, where basement entries, older wood framing, and changing Wisconsin seasons can all shape a pest problem. I built this company to give homeowners clear inspections and treatment plans grounded in the conditions we see across Wisconsin.
Responsibility for Service-Related Losses
To the extent permitted by law, Wisconsin Pest Pros’ liability for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it, or to liability that cannot legally be waived or limited. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or losses caused by circumstances outside the agreed work, except where the law provides otherwise.
This section does not excuse compliance with pesticide laws or reduce protections required by law. Treatments must follow the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 94, Wisconsin Administrative Code ATCP 29, applicable applicator certification requirements, and label-based disposal directions.
We also observe applicable Migratory Bird Treaty Act protections and Wisconsin DNR rules for bats and maternity colonies. Nothing here authorizes work prohibited by those requirements or limits a regulator’s authority. Please report a concern promptly so the facts and applicable service records can be reviewed.
